NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
There is a required $150 deposit to book a party. Your party is not booked unless you have paid the $150 deposit. If balance is not paid 72 hours prior to your scheduled party we will consider it a cancellation. We do not accept cash.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 must be paid at the time of booking to secure your date. Balance is due 72 hours before time of arrival. Any additional guests will be charged the additional fee. If you need to cancel for any reason you may use your non-refundable deposit within six months of original booked date towards a new spa party.
TWINS POLICY
Both birthday girls FREE for twins. Still limited to 8 total guests.

If there are mechanical issues with the bus or inclement weather that are out of our control (snow, ice, extreme heat, thunderstorms, hurricane warning, high winds unforeseen emergency circumstances) we will be happy to reschedule at our next available open date.

3 Day Party Package Adjustment
You have 72 hours to make any party package adjustments.
For Example- You can add on girls during this time frame.
Friendly Reminders
You are required to provide ample parking space and distance for our bus including hotel clearance. We ask that all cars park away from our bus as much as possible to allow room for set up of props if needed.
Parking guidelines for bus
* must be parked in well lit area.
* must be on level ground (no parking on hills allowed)
* please try to allot at least 4-5 parking lot spaces for clearance.
Please remove all old nail polish from every party guest hands and toes prior to the party. Parents are not allowed to stay on the bus during service however, you may check in on them throughout the service provided you have had your temperature checked and cleared.
Please ensure that all waivers are signed by each parent and NOT by the birthday parent. These should be completed prior to or when the balance due is due. We can not provide any services to any child without it.
